Refund Policy

Refunds for digital items you have NOT downloaded

If you purchased the wrong digital item or placed an order thinking it was a physical product and have not yet downloaded the files then simply contact me by email or the chat function to request a refund. I will process the refund request within 24 hours and the funds will be credited back to your account within 2 to 7 days.

This type of refund can be requested at any time, no questions asked.


Refunds for digital items you have downloaded

I stand behind the quality of my digital products and pride myself on providing high-quality files which will deliver excellent printing results.

Please contact me first if you are not able to download, unzip, open, or print the resource as I will happily provide further support and assistance to make sure your problem is resolved.

If you would still like to request a refund, I ask you to meet the following refund policy conditions:

  • You are within the first 15 days of the original purchase.
  • You have contacted me and allowed me to attempt to resolve your issue(s), or have explained why the refund is needed.
  • You sign a legal document agreeing to destroy all physical and digital copies of my design if refund is granted.


Late or missing refunds

If your refund was accepted but you haven’t received it yet, please first check with your bank.

Please keep in mind that there is often processing time between banks and it may take between 2 to 7 days for your refund to appear in your bank account.
